Oh what fun...
Such good vibes last night. Congrats on a fun event. And what a treat to be back in the "renovated" Avalon Ballroom. (Wish we had figured that piece of Knowledge out a bit sooner...) Yay Rex Foundation, and the Circle of Friends who gathered, played, danced, loved.
really!
what a treat. Wonderful folks, wonderful vibes, great music. The way things oughta be!
A wonderful evening
As is so often the case, the pre-show schmooze was worth the price of admission and then some. Such a great family reunion for us old freaks. And then we got to play and hear so much fine music! Everybody wins!

got to hang out with great folks, put faces to names I've known online forever.
Some of the auction stuff was pretty great too. Sunshine Kesey's awesome glass vase!
and I gotta say
when they did "Pig in a Pen" I thought I had died and gone to heaven. And that was early in the evening!
